Trumpet Vine Revisited

Another view of the half finished garden. Almost did a face dive yesterday on those loose bricks. Hurry up "more bricks", I want to get this finished. They`re building beige houses at the moment.
My best friend is coming over Saturday afternoon for a visit. I guess we won`t be drinking our Margaritas in this garden yet.

I think my Trumpet vine is celebrating my taking interest in gardening because it has more blooms than it ever has before. It seems to be so excited that it`s grown a bean.

A pretty back garden bloom on one of the two climbers.
Now why can`t they all bloom at once............

The rose is so lush and beautiful. If you can't have margaritas in the garden with your friend have them somewhere else....but have them!!

Would they bloom all at once they also would decay all at once! I love to have something blooming all year long!

LOL about your "excited" trumpet vine!

You should go out in the garden with your friend because it already looks lovely, just take care no one will step over and fall ;-)

I don't think I know the plant you call a Trumpet Vine, obviously, I would imagine it is a climber or trailer. I wonder if it is called something else over here. If its nice weather get out and enjoy the garden when your friend comes, I spent some of the first past of the summer sitting in a garden with only half the stepping stone path finished. xx

Yes the trumpet is a climber and we will for sure still go out in the garden somehow. I`ve prepared the slush for the Margaritas so it will be ready by Saturday :) LOL

The garden design is looking great! And it looks like it isn't raining. . .wish I was there instead of hunkered down inside out of the rain. And you have a vine! We are stuck with annual climbers here for the most part. brooke
