Night Creatures

The other night I lit a couple of little candles and we sat out back. Someday when the ivy begins to grow up the trellis, it will be like a little garden room. Elvis and Isobell kept company.
Saint Francis, being the protecter of animals, offered to hold a candle for us....

Hubby`s web site http://www.ratebistros.com now has a spot for anyone in the UK who would like to contribute a bistro review :) In future I`m sure they`ll be more countries added.
Yesterday my Mum and me stopped into this pretty little shop and I saw the most beautifil old world antique style huge wall clocks! Loved to go back there someday and buy one when I have more than the grocery money to spend LOL
My holiday is almost over....boo hoo. Still intending to find some time to visit everyone`s blog. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I am glad you have added a UK directory to the ratebistro site.
Your animals look very friendly - I have 5 cats on my farm that are supposed to be the farm cats but are now my pets!!

The site has a lovely picture TEAS, Nearly impossible for Indian food, where language food culture change every 100 miles and there is such a wide variety of munches themselves. please google 'Haldirams' on the net, i think they are available in Canada.
Very spicy. Haldiram's is just one of thousands in India.

Love the fabric on your chair!
Do you feel refreshed now after your vacation?

Nice to all be able to sit out on a summer evening with candles flickering and perhaps the odd glass of wine? Not much chance of that here this summer I'm afraid.

I love sitting out on the deck with the candles going and our precious black lab, Ben, at my feet. It is such a great way to spend a summer evening at home.

Btw, I've had a delay in getting 'it' posted, sorry - but I'm now back in the land of the living and it's packaged and ready to go tomorrow morning, ok :)

I'm reading a book that has a dog named Elvis in it, so named because someone called him a hound dog. He isn't really, and neither is your Elvis. He is beautiful. BTW, the book is "Sweetwater Creek" by Anne Rivers Siddons. All about dogs and the Tidewater region of Virginia. Very good!

I fell asleep with the hamster running about this morning. Looked everywhere for the swine once I realized he had gone. Found him sleeping under my pillow ... aah!...
