Rest In Peace Precious Angus

It's been forever since I blogged but I felt the need to add another memory here, a sad one.
On April 2nd I took Angus to the vets to remove his massive fur matts. When they gave him something to calm him he died :(
It was such a shock and I am still fighting the fact that I left him there and he died. The vet said that he had an unusually large tonsil and when they lay him on his side he suffocated because the needle made it so he had no control and everything relaxed. I pray that he didn't suffer. I feel so bad still. Now there is just Elvis and Isobell. Elvis watched us bury him but Isobell still wonders where he is.

Oh tea i'm so sorry...i know you loved your Angus...I was just thinking about Elvis the other day... wondering how he was doing...i didn't think Angus was that old....i felt like you do when my dog Pierre died 18 years ago...he was 17 couldn't see very well, couldn't hear, and he wandered...never came home...it was 5 in morning when we left him out...we looked everywhere...called everyone.. and found out by calling the next day where they take remains of animals that he was found way down the road, under a viadock...on the side of the road....i felt so awful, that he died alone...but he was black as night a poodle, and it was pitch dark....sad thing is that was the same year about 6 months later my husband died...yikes...

hopefully Angus went fast....and you have these beautiful pictures of him and also memories...

Give that adorable Elvis a hug and kiss from judypatooote...thanks...

Thank you everyone and Judy, it must have been terrible for you with Pierre leaving that way.
