Teddy and the Dove

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. The weather was very summer-like here for once. Teddy decided to take his nap outside in the catnip.

This dove had been terrorized by Isobell just before it perched here. Poor thing....

It`s quite big, but we thought it must still be young because of it`s feathers...

Have a great week!

dear teddy - he looks as if he is thinking - nothing to do with me, I didn't scare the dove; hope it was ok:)

You still have catnip left? LOL.

Gracie caught a robin in July. Of course it was left on my back steps.

I hope she doesn't get into this habit.

Iconic
the dove I mean...
its a symbol of fertility placed at the head of the bed .

I loved the kitty in the cat nip. I wish I had something like that for mine!

Teddy looks quite blissful catnapping in the catnip!

Thanks for your recent visit. I have been slow re-entering the blogosphere and getting around to visit everyone again! I haven't been feeling much like writing for a while and have been working on a photoblog instead. It is here if you would like to check it out.

The dove looks a bit bedraggled, maybe she has young nearby..?
Hope you are enjoying summer, and what's left of it..
